Let’s talk about eyelash extensions…

Eyelash extensions can be a bit confusing when you’re just starting out. The market is rapidly expanding, and we find all kinds of eyelash extensions at different prices.

HOW TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND?

First of all, we need to understand what we're buying.

You often hear about
SYNTHETIC,
SILK,
MINK
REAL MINK.

SYNTHETIC :
Synthetic extensions are the most affordable eyelash extensions on the market. They are made of acrylic and are quite stiff. They are very black, shiny and look like plastic.

SILK and FAUX MINK :
They are made from the same high-quality synthetic PBT polymer. The difference lies in the processing method. This processing method results in finer, softer, and more natural lashes.

The difference between the two is mainly their weight, curvature and finish.

MINK lashes are often darker and less shiny, but this can vary from brand to brand.

I JUST BROKE THE MYTH!!!! NO, silk lashes are not made of real silk, contrary to popular belief.

Now that you know that,

Let's talk about curves

Here is a small table of the basic curls. Every year, new curls emerge, but they are not necessarily used regularly.

The choice of curvature will depend not only on the natural lash but also on the desired effect.

Every brand has its differences.

For example:
Our premium C curls are curlier than those of other brands... So always compare before making your choice.

J curvature: one of the first curvatures on the market, less and less used in Europe.

Curvature B: the curvature being more natural, you'll get a natural effect, and it's easy to adapt thanks to its wide base.

C curves: these are the most commonly used, suitable for many lash types and giving a glamorous effect.

Curve D: will give a very glamorous effect, but will not be suitable for all lashes due to their strong curvature and therefore less attachment base.

Courbure L : This curl was specially designed for Asian eyes, which have straight and downward-facing lashes, to lift the gaze. In 2019, they are increasingly used, creating a beautiful CAT EYES effect.
Try the PREMIUM L

There you go! Now you're ready to choose your extensions with confidence!
