Description
fixing balm helps lashes adhere to the pad. Easy to work with, it offers many advantages to eyelash technicians. They contain ingredients rich in vitamins and nutrients to prevent eyelash dehydration.
How to use the balm:
Apply balm to pads with a micro-brush or flat brush, lifting lashes upwards. If the lashes fall back after removing the express lotion, you can replace the lashes on the pads with the balm before applying the fixing lotion.
Please note that you need to add 1 to 2 minutes to the processing time of your solution.
Shelf life 6 months after opening.
