Shipping your parcel :

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. They are sent via Bpost or DHL with a tracking number and delivered with signature in Belgium or, according to your choice, abroad.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects.

Goods travel at the buyer's risk, even when sold "carriage paid".
As we have a sales outlet in ANGLEUR where you can collect your orders, postal delivery is a paying service.

Package tracking :

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, with the tracking number. All the details of your orders are available in your customer account history, where you can consult them at any time.

In the event of damage to the parcel :

Make a note of the problem on the packing slip that the carrier will have you sign. We insist on the fact that the parcel must be checked in front of the deliveryman, any missing or damaged item must be indicated on the deliveryman's slip before signature for receipt. Unfortunately, no further recourse is possible without this indication, as insurance companies do not cover any damage or loss without it. If this point has been correctly executed, please send us as soon as possible photos of the damage, together with your full contact details, the order number and the tracking number of the parcel, followed by the name of the delivery company to the following email address: info@roxils.com.

Keep damaged packaging and objects until we send you a message authorizing their destruction.
Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.

In case of delivery problems :
For Users who are natural persons acting for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity, article VI.44 of the Code of Economic Law governs this issue: for contracts which provide for the company to ship goods to consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the good is transferred to the consumer when he takes physical possession of the good.
If the User (under the aforementioned conditions) has not received his/her goods, ROXILS assumes the risk of loss or damage by the delivery company insofar as this has been offered on the ROXILS Website.
This rule does not apply to Users acting as natural persons or companies with a long-term economic purpose. The risk of loss or damage is borne by the User (under the above conditions).
